Juan Carlos Montenegro is the Coordinator of Youth Ministry at St. Dominic Savio, and the Missionary Delegate for the Salesians for the Western Province of North America. He has earned two master’s degrees, one in Youth Ministry and one in Business Administration. And is now working on a Ph.D. in Sociology. He has spoken at the Anaheim Religious Education Congress and presents in both English and Spanish
