Deacon Don Burt was ordained for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 2015 and serves at his home parish, Saint Lawrence Martyr in Redondo Beach. He currently works with Family Theater Productions in Los Angeles. Don and his wife, Marcia, have been married for over 40 years and are blessed with two daughters. Together, they are involved in several parish ministries, including One Heart: The LGBT Ministry at Saint Lawrence Martyr, the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA), and Adult Confirmation, Marriage Preparation, Baptism Preparation and Bereavement Ministry.
