Welcome to The University Series 2020. I encourage you to take advantage of this adult education in our faith.
Too often religion is blamed for being anti-science, when science is all we need to explain and live our lives. Or religion is blamed for violence that we see daily in news reports, or that we are losing large numbers of our people because religion is no longer relevant. Please come learn the truth – and how to connect our faith to our daily lives. The University Series offers a variety of sessions that help us make better choices, appreciate the Catholic contributions to science, and learn to talk with God.

When, Who & What to Expect
- The University Series runs February 27 to April 3, 2020 at 4 parishes that span the border of Los Angeles and Ventura counties. See the "Calendar at a Glance" on pages Calendar for the complete schedule or visit the Web site at www.theuniversityseries.org.
- The University Series offers seminars connecting faith with real life in areas such as current events, contemporary moral issues, evangelization, faith and science, marriage and family, church history, scripture, and prayer.
- Classes are in English unless noted.
- University faculty have extensive knowledge in their fields. They love to teach and connect faith with real life. Sessions include discussions, presentations, multi-media, handouts and time for your questions. You do not need to worry about quizzes or tests. Just ask your own questions!
- All sessions are non-accredited and presented for the purpose of spiritual and personal growth.

PRE-REGISTRATION: $5 per class, includes your guest for free (Pre-registration closes Mon., Feb. 10, 2020)
AT-THE-DOOR: $7 per class, includes your guest for free

Whittier, CA 90603 - A season pass for all sessions is available only during pre-registration for $80 (a $175 value!) and includes your guest. After your registration is received, a pass with your name will be delivered to your home parish for you to pick up just before Ash Wednesday. Simply show your pass at the door of any session for instant admission – no waiting.
